I made a transaction on 12 th february at 4.45 am, transaction was successful and money was debited from my account nut receiver said he didn't get. I send money to my room owner so i don't know which is his bank account when i put number on phonepe number his number was shown as a phonepe customer. My transaction id is p2002120445153836650462 please resolve my issue kindly requesting you

Amount deduction 1500 at 31 dec 2019 but stil not rcieving the reciever account

    We have transferred balance from phone so transaction has been failed but
    amount deducted from account all the details available in attached paper same has been submitted to bank/branch at Vijay Path, Mansrovar, Jaipur.

    We have already filled charge back sheet on SBI website. Please resolve the issue. We will be happy to you help.

    Someone called me for acshback call and then 13000 rs was deducted from my acccount for no reason the agent was saying to pay 43100 for cash back instaed money was 4310*3 was deducted from my account
    It received payments very quickly from bank to wallet but when sending a payment from wallet to other it made a issue or create a transaction problem. What the hell is this.

      My brother has transferred Rs10, 000/- to one of his friend (Not so close) instead sending to Sister account as both names are same he mistaken and sent the amount. But now the other unauthorised fellow is not sending back the amount nor receiving the call. Please help to get the amount back or help us to resolve this problem.

        I paid my airtel postpaid bill from phonepe on 5th february 2020 at 10:58 p. M.
        My number is [protected]
        And the amount which i paid is 593.74.
        Yet my payment is not updated with airtel.
        I am getting messages for outgoing barring.
        This is pathetic. I used phonepe app first time and facing such issues. This is really wrong.

        Solve my issue.

        On Feb 5th i used phone pe to transfer amount from my citibank to idfc bank. The status was showing pending by bank receiver and on 6th feb status was showing failed in phone pe and it got message like amount credited to citibank but still have not received amount.

        Is this secure app? really transaction waited for two days
        I have recharged a wrong number I want reverse the recharge.

        I can't withdeaw money from my phonepe wallet but I had done my KYC. Why I am facing this problem? Please take some action.

          Yesterday one call came from patna he stood to spoke that he is from patna he said that i am from phone pe insurance company, he answered for a reward that i have to get about5999 rupee when you have the amount on your bank amount upto 1010 rupee i was not having it but i asked from someone because of faith i used to trust but this company are making such crime i want to say this no belongs to him he uses whatsapp also [protected]

            I was paid my bill though phone pe application on 15.01.2020 but due to network issue transaction is failed but amount of bill is deducted from my sbi bank account. Now today its 25 days goes and still i do not received my money back to my account in how many days i will gate my refund

            I have ordered from zomato & paid from phone pay twice 112 each time. They have deducted by 224 Rupees while ordering with zomato but zomato is saying they have not recieved the money so order is not confirmed. But my money is not still refunded by phone pay.

              Hello,

              There was an offer for jio digital recharge on 2nd jan.
              I recharged my jio no on 4th jan first time through phonepe using upi payment mode. According to offer i was suppose to get 100rs cash back if i was doing it for first time and 30rs cashback if recharged previously.
              Mybtransaction no is - nx[protected]
              Now it's more than 24hrs, i haven't received any cash back. Even i locked ticket but no revert from phone pe.

              Was this offer fake to mislead people to use phonepe. If not i want my cash back

                I have done dth tatasky recharge for id [protected] three times. First of all i didn't received any mesg regarding the successful or failed transaction after half an hour the transactions was debited and after some time it shows the transaction is failed.. The amount has been debited from my account.. And my tatasky id has not got recharged. Plz tell when i will get refund. I request you to look over this issue.

                  Today morning i have initiated a payment which is taking longer time to process. It is in pending state from morning 10 pm to still now and i am not sure whether the money will be credited to destination account or it will not get deduct from my account itself as it is still in processing stage.                       Hi iam shalini and i have transferred 2900 on 1st of feb in afternoon to my frnd. Thru phone pe from axis bank to hdfc bank... To my frnd account... But the transaction failed... After sometime i received a msg that my money got deducted.. After deduction... My frnd didn't received that amount thru phone pe... I was heart broken.😞😞plzzzz help mere.. That's my salary amount... That's the only money i have plzzzz refund those amount...

                        I am sbi bank account user. My account no. Is[protected]. With ifsc code sbin0020178. When i transact money using phonepe or google pay, for each and every transaction 17 rupees are deducted from my account and during atm withdrawal 23 rupees are deducting from my account what is the problem. How can i solve my problem?. Please help me out with this..

                        No response from their end.

                        Unblock my phonepe account.

                          I am vivek mishra and i am a student. The company "phonepe" sent me a notification on my mobile and provide a cash winning offer on phonepe app, request me to click on link for cash winning. They were deduct 3990 rs from my digital phonepe wallet first time and again call on my phonepe number and saying me that it is a three step processo do it again 3 more times because of the fear of my deducted balance i was doing as it is, and they were deducted again 3990, 9990, 8990, 8990, 1900 rs consecutively.
                          This incident happen today (01/02/2020) nearly at 11:00 am.

                            My hdfc account was debited an amount of 1412 on 27th january 2020 by phonepe as i did it to transfer my funds to my friend and close my account. My account was closed but it later was found out phonepe was unable to make the payment to the receiver, so they told me that they've transferred it to my bank account but how can they transfer funds to a closed bank account as they even failed to generate an utr number. They've made me go to my bank more than twice and i know phonepe is just cheating with me.

                              I am transferring 12000 rs from my account to another account.. The amount is debited from my account but the transaction is failed.. Because of i am sending money to the ecs account number not the real account number. Phonepe message me that the money was credited back to my account on the same day of the transaction but i cant get that.. When i get back my money? Please help me to get my money back.

                                I have ordered 8 train tickets in irctc using phonepe. I have cancelled the tickets due to wl. And now they are not providing me refund. I have received text message from irctc that they have refunded and ask the agent. The customer support is not responding

                                  How rs 300 debited from my account without my instruction towards payment to tatasky id [protected] today at 11 am. I am a regular customer of phonepe using the app for my payment of bills. If you do not reverse the entry immediately, i will be forced to delete phonepe app and complain to ombudsman for reversal of entry. You resolve the issue at your end immediately.

                                  My mother sent me 50k yesterday, it immediately debited her money and even in my history section of Phonepe, it shows money credited, but my balance is still the same.                                     Instead of getting credited
                                    It got debited from my account
                                    By fraud manner he did that
                                    By saying that it is his merchant account
                                    He registered his enquiry in indiamart site as a buyer
                                    He used ur platform to all this fraud
                                    His name is rohit sharma
                                    He is also now listed in a blacklist at indiamart site now.
                                    I want u to resolve it soon
                                    And get my money back
