PhonePe — transaction issue in upi id: [protected]@ybl

On 8 january 2019 at 11:38 i was transferring 5000 from account. The money got deducted from my bank of india account but was not received by the receiver. It is 24 hours but no response from phonepe. I want you to look into the matter and solve this before i start doubting whether i should use phonepe again or not. Please look into it since the amount is 5000 and i want that money badly. My account details are

Account no [protected] se phone pe ke madhyam se account no [protected] itna me 31.12.2018.ko 9000 hajar rupiya kiya geya jo credit hua aur same date me debit hogeya credit UTR Aur debit UTR same hai[protected]

In aug12th 2018..
I'm trying to activating account but not activate the wallet...
