On 8 january 2019 at 11:38 i was transferring 5000 from account. The money got deducted from my bank of india account but was not received by the receiver. It is 24 hours but no response from phonepe. I want you to look into the matter and solve this before i start doubting whether i should use phonepe again or not. Please look into it since the amount is 5000 and i want that money badly.
