My friend made a fund transfer of rs.200 with me on phonepe, but it showed pending at that time though the amount got debited from his account. After 2 days on 9 jan 2019, the message came showing 200 money received on phonpe, though money is not credited in my account till now. Waiting for response.

    On 4th jan 19 i have made a transaction of rs.10000/- to canara bank. But it was in pending status from three days after three days on 7th jan 19 it came with transaction successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no #35783959. Transaction no p1901041150447361783510. Kindly look into the issue

    I have made the payment of 19450 for my credit card of icici bank.. Amount was deducted on 31 january 2019. The issue is still not resolved. The bank has applied charges on my account for late payment and phone pe does not even bother to look into this. Pls help.

    I booked a train ticket on 31st december via phonepe the amount of rs 740 was deducted but ticket was not booked as the transaction from irctc was failed n it is written over there the money has been refunded to the account but still i didnt get my amount as phonepe is not taking any action .       transaction issue in upi id: 9204428935@ybl

      On 8 january 2019 at 11:38 i was transferring 5000 from account. The money got deducted from my bank of india account but was not received by the receiver. It is 24 hours but no response from phonepe. I want you to look into the matter and solve this before i start doubting whether i should use phonepe again or not. Please look into it since the amount is 5000 and i want that money badly. My account details are

      I have paid BESCOM ( Bangalore Electric Supply Company) electricity bill for the first time using PhonePe app. I got message for cash back. But the cash Back is showing "Processing". I have waited for 12 hours after succesful transaction. The money has reached BESCOM. I tried to contact the customer care but I could not reach them. The customer care Phone number is not responding properly. I do not know when the Cash back will be Processed ? Can any body throw some light on this matter

        I had a transaction on 6 jan 2019 . The amount of 4000 rs is transfered to an account in the same branch . The benifecery account is also linked to the same phone pe account but the Amount is not credited in the benifcery or sender account due to reverse transaction.what could i do to get my amount in my account again and how can it be done please guide me .

              Hi phonepe,
              I have transfer a fund to my friends on 4th jan 2019. The amount got deducted and not credited. And i have register a complaint same day and you have register my complaint and said our person will call you with in 5 hours but return call came after 24 hours. The person said that it is not our mistake it is mistake of bank wait for 3 - 4 days and your amount will be refund. If not go to bank and contact there and same person is saying that you don't know the process of gateway and how transactions will be there first off all make knowledge about transaction and talk to us his name sarvesh and further details he has not provided. Is this way to talk to a customer?
              Still on 7th january 2019 i have approach to bank and i have register complaint there also and they said that from our side the process has completed. Further process phonepe has not done.
              Now almost 6 days has completed still my amount has not refunded.
              As per rbi rule if you see if the fraud occurred regarding transactions within 24 hours the amount should refund and with in 3 days still the process has not completed the company should pay the amount to customer.
              Mistakes of phonepe as per rbi rule if any fraud or complaint occurred the person can register 24/7 and 24/7 you should be available to the customer and you people are not providing only up to 11:00pm.
              If people want to talk to you, we want to wait up to minimum 5 hrs. Is this way to provide service?
              And finally my ticket which provided is 35167769

              I sent Rs.10000/- on 7th of Jan.2019 at 1.7pm through Phonepe and the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my account.

                Sir i made a transaction on 4th of jan 18 at that time it was in pending status on 7th of jan 18 my status was that your transaction is successful, when the receiver checked for money in his account it was not credited and balance is also deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible because this transaction is very important for me

                    I did top up 5, 500 rupees to phonepe wallet, and now unable to use the amount back to the account. due to without E KYC, when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable. The customer care of said company are unable to provide the solution.

                    The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

                      Sir / mam.. I am a regular user of phonepe app. Yesterday i have transferred 2500 rupees in my friend's account through this app and my balance has been deducted too from the account but still my friend didn't received the amount. Its on pending process and if it's on pending why do they deduct the amount which had not been received by the receiver. It's already a day but still money is not transferred and received though it has been deducted.. To make fastest and easiest procedures we are using this app but if it goes like this how can we used in the near future as i have to transfer money again so i request you to please check and try to solve the problem as soon as possible. It's urgent.

                          Hi team!
                          I have paid electricity bill (Pspcl) on 26 dec, 2018 via phonepe app. But it is still showing pending in pspcl bill history and i have to pay fine. Yet i received bill payment successful alert on phonepe. My transaction id is n1812261553368305928902.
                          Kindly look into the matter and transfer my bill to electricity department. Else transfer my bill amount into my a/c with some penalty coz now i[censored] refund my amount in my a/c than i have to pay additional money (Surcharge) to pspcl.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            On 20th december 2018, mr lekhanand kumar, having an a/c no[[protected]] transferred rs 3000 in my sbi account ([protected]) through phonepe app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after a few moment later it was debited from my account, showing upi/rev in the statement and it was not credited to his account. When i tried to contact with the customer care of sbi. They told me to contact with upi service provider through which the transfer had been done. When i did the same, phone pay customer care told me that transfer was successful from ourside. After that what happend we are not responsible.
                            15 days has been passed and money has not been credited to either of the account.
                            Please provide the solution.

                                  Yesterday morning i've transfered ₹5000 through phonepe to a canara bank account. But the transaction was not failed it showing still pending. After that transaction again i transferred ₹100 to the same bank account it got successfully credits. While contacting phonepe customer support they were stated the money successfully debitted from my bank account but the receiver bank still didn't confirmed deposit. So i've contacted canara bank as per their customer support i found that they still didn't received any deposit for ₹5000 but strongly stated they received that ₹100 deposit instantly from phonepe. So it's all upto phonepe app glitch. So again contacted phonepe through chat support and voice support no one was gave a proper resolution or a reply they still states it's all canara bank's fault. I need a positive response please help.

                                    Sir, i have done transaction of 100rupees through phone (By upi) yesterday (04 january 2019) on about 10:00am but transaction was not processed at that time

                                      My account number is xxxxxxxxxxxx (Sbi shegaon main branch. Ifsc code-sbin0002176). Xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx (Account number - xxxxxxxx, sbi branch patni chawk washim, ifsc code-sbin0000503). Had credit on my account rupees 50, 000 (Fifty thousand rupees) [transaction id-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, utr:xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] at 12:09 am date 14/12/2018. I had seen that 50, 000 in my account as a balance but it suddenly reverse from my account according_to this transaction id & utr number as shown above. We doesn't get this money as a balance on our both accounts. I applied this case as a complainter to consumer court by this docket number 1072538. No response from bank as well as phone pe.
