PhonePe — transaction issue while transferring amount to self account | |||
I did a transfer of rs.5000/- from icici bank to axis bank through phonepe self transfer. The transaction showed as successful but amount didn't credit to either axis or icici. I have raised ticket on the same but phonepe team says the transaction is successful please check with recipient bank. When i checked with recipient bank they say its problem with phonepe, where should we go to get our money back?
