28 nov 2019 transaction for payment lic premium via phonepe app but amount debited from bank but transaction failed. but amount not credit in my account so pleased help.
28 nov 2019 pay lic premium via phonepe and amount debit from account but transaction fail. and i call to customer care say hojayegga but till date no amount credit in bank. Bank say debit from account and middle phonepe credit but lic premium not paid because of transcation fail.
So pleased refund my amount as soon as possible.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My transaction has been failed but also I didn't receive my money back
I payed my Visa credit card bill Rs.47972 via phonepe but it is not reflecting on my credit card limit. Please refund my money immediately or make it to reflect immediately in my credit card. The amount is huge. Please help me. Please.

    The amount has not been transferred to the recipient account. The amount rs 1000 with utr id[protected] has not been transferred. I am attaching the statement of receipient bank account. I am deeply saddened by the lack of security in transferring my fund. I hope to find a solution as soon as possible. The previous 2 transactions were succesful but the 3 rd transaction of rs 1000 was not credited to receipient account.

      I initiated payment worth 30000 three times and the transaction has failed. But the money has been deducted from my account and the receiver has not received the amount as well. When enquired with phonepe.. They tell they cannot do anything about it and ask the bank to help. The bank is telling that it is phonepe problem and around 100 people have already complained about it.

        Yesterday i did 10k transaction by phonepe to another number it was saying transaction failed, i saw the message (Don't worry! In case any amount is debeted from your account, you bank will credit it back within 1 working day.) but it almost 1 day over but still the the cash was not refunded to my account.
        I want the amount to be refunded to my account by eod.

The bank is telling that it is phonepe problem and around 100 people have already complained about it.

          After calling phone pay and SBI customer care services they both are claiming it's not our technical Issue but ultimately money is been deducted from my account !

Trancation failed but till the date - time i have not received refund amount. Please do the necessary for this and have any further information required let me know at early.               Today 03/03/2020 i did recharge on airtel number of rs 449 using phone or portal... They deducted money from account and recharge has not done... And there is no response from customer support... And i have received message saying that it will take 48 hours to confirm... After 48 hours if recharge has not done they return the amounts... They are playing with customers... 48 hours is too long too wait and there is no guarantee also...

                I have booked a train ticket in phone pe, which was then cancelled, then i need to get the refund from the phone pe, after waiting for 7 days which they said to wait for the amount to credit into my account, i checked in phone pe, it says that the amount is credited into my account, but it's not, so i contacted phone pe, they said that amount is sent to the bank and suggested me to visit the bank with the arn number provided with the refund transaction.
                When i visited the bank the are saying that they didn't get any amount, and he again suggested me to contact phone pe.
                Finally i don't know where the money is?

                    I have made a payment to marchant through mobile number and he refusing that money not received even it deducted from my account and payment successful. Please help.

                    On the date 26/02/2020 at about 4 pm i made two payment to mobile number [protected], one through phone pe (1400₹) and another one through google pay (1000₹). Now he is refusing that he not received any money and not showing his records.

                              Hello
                              I have been continuously receiving call from a fraudulent with no. [protected], who first robbed my father through phonepe request money and when i tried to contact him is threatening me and saying abusive words. He is so confident with our law and order that he is still using that number on whatsapp and literally saying these words-"you cant even touch my pubic hairs, and no one can do anything". I have already register a complaint in cyber cell dehradun about the fraud, but from there also didn't get any positive response. Other than the fraud which i do understand is our ends fault, the issue is more of a law & order failure where a person is getting a sim card without kyc and then using the same phone number on whatsapp even after the fraud. And as far as the bank response is concern they are as slow as they can and yet call their banking system user friendly.

                                  On[protected] i have done two transactions of rs.40, 000 each through phone pe to a merchant. Both the transactions were shown succesful but merchant didnt get the amount and money was debited from my account. The transaction ids are :p2002171847314451460230 & p2002171849391797091501.
                                  The amount debited was total rs.80, 000/- and was not credited back to my account even after three days. The bank officials are not taking any responsibility on this transactions made through phonepe.
                                  Kindly revert back my amount of rs.80, 000/- back.

                                  I had booked a rail ticket through irctc app through phone pay. Amount deducted but ticket was not booked. Although 14 days had been lapsed i have not got the refund amount of Rs.5175.40.

                                    On 3rd february a sum of rs. 20000 got debited from my account but the transaction was failed. I complained to phonepe but did not get the refund stating the reason this is due to the technical issue of my bank. I have already lodged a complain in my bank and my bank says this is a third party transaction and they don't have anything to do do with this issue. With extreme dissatisfaction i request you kindly resolve my issue at an earliest. Thank you.

                                      This is regarding phonepe app. It has been long since I am able to use my phone pe wallet cash. Although I am done with the min kyc, still the problem persists. This is a disgrace for such an app. After having a word with one of the executive, i was asked to refresh the page, delete all the cached files. I decided to reinstall the app. And to my surprise, the app can't be installed anymore. Like what is wrong with Phonepe??? Kindly look into the matter and try to solve the issue ASAP.

                                        I have not received cashback for delhi metro recharge for flat rs. 5 cashback offer available in phonepe.
                                        And despite escalating it several times to all levels in phone pay, it is still not given. More over customer care is a trying to resolve tickets without providing any resolution.
                                        Please check as this a forgery case, phonepe is making fool of persons just by displaying offers but not giving.
