Sir,
My name is gheesa lal kumawat. My bank account is in SBI bank, account no [protected] And mobile number [protected].
I paid rs 3, 519/- to radha govind ( mob no. [protected]) via phone pay on 13 nov 19 at 08:20 am. Transfer ID - P1911130820187575614242, UTR[protected].

But there is another account ( of ashok kumar behra in paytm Payments bank limited, branch Noida, IFSC code - PYTM0123456, Account last 4 digit is ********7806 ) is connected on Radha govind's mob no ([protected]).

So the payment went in ashok kumar behra's account.

Please help me to get my money back. I wish you will do...

    I had transfer 5000/- on 31st dec.2019 through phone pe to my friends account my transaction is successful amount is been deducted from my icici account but it is not credited to my friends account which is at axis bank.
    Phone pe customer service saying that we can't help please visit your bank or receiver to check statement.

      Yesterday i have transferred Rs.14, 647/- to axis bank account although transaction was successful, but money is not credited in receive's account. Then Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no : 82028498, But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no : P1912311914552292046926. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue

        I Made a payment of Rs.3988 from my SBI Account To My HDFC Account By Phonepe App.

        Amount Is Debited From My SBI Account But it is Not Received in mY HDFC Account.

        After that I Made A Small Amount of 50 Rs. Which Is Successfully Done.

        I don't Know What Is Problem With Previous Payment.

          On 29/12/2019 I've tried to sent Rs. 1000 from my account to my friends account through the PhonePe App.The amount has been deducted from my account but it is not credited to receiver account.Transaction ID:P1912291137131839695701

          I have tried to give complaint in my bank and they refused to take any action because it is a UPI transaction, and from the phonepe customer care i have recieved a message mentioning that they have recieved a conformation from my bank that no money has been debited from my account. please help me.

            My payment of Rs. 5500.0 failed due to a technical issue on your bank's end. As per the update from UCO Bank, my deducted amount should be refunded within one working day from the date of my payment.I have done the transaction but due to some issues my money has been deducted...I want refund for my money 5500/- as soon as possible.I want refund of my money 5500/- as soon as possible

              Yesterday I have made transaction of 7000/- to other bank through PhonePe, amount has been debited but not credited yet.

              If I contact PhonePe asking me to call your bank, if I call they ask me to contact wherever you have done the transaction.

              I couldn't get keep going on this.

                This is your kind information that i yesterday i did transaction of rupees 3000 to syndicate bank account. But my transaction was failed and again i paid the amount but again i got the message dat my transaction was failed. I confirmed with phonepe customer care they also informed that no amount is debited from my account but i checked my bank statement which shows that 3000 amount i notdebited. Sir i kindly request you to please do the n needful as early as possible.

                  I had pay 673rs flipkart pay later bill on 9 th december through phonepe.
                  Blance deducted from my account but merchant did not credited. So i complaint phonepe customer service but since 9 th december they only saying.                     I did a recharge of jio of amount 444, the money got deducted and the transaction was successful but the recharge didn't happen. Jio customer care denied receiving any money. Sbi customer care is also telling to contact phonepe, phonepe is insisting that there is no problem from their side.
                    They told me to wait for 30 days and now they are telling that they contacted the bank and the money was successfully transferred.
                    They told me to initiate a chargeback and file a complaint at cms sbi.

                    I tried mailing sbi customer care and no response, i tried complaining at cms and it is not giving me a ticket no. Their customer care are of no use, they are blaming it on phonepe, phonepe is blaming it on the bank and it's been more than 24 days and still no sign of my money.

                      This is abhishek i have transferred rs 500 to account my amount is deducted but till now it's not reflected to them but my amount also not refunded my transaction id is p1912282041585726753623
                      I called phonepe customer service representative 3 times when i call phonepe customer care they are telling once amount deducted we can't cancel the transaction if the amount is deducted it will reach you or reciever within 2 days if you didn't get amount i can't do anything.
                      Is this the way they treat customer.
                      Please help me through this phonepe are very big cheaters everyone should be aware of this.

                        Dear phone pe,
                        I am using phone pe regularly, but on 26 november 2019 at 09:15 pm i had done a transaction of 500 rs, but customer did not received that money, after that i had a conversation to phone pe customer care they said talk to my bank, when i used to talk with the bank the said to talk to the phone pe.
                        Just rotating my query here and there but not resolving it, i dont know why you are doing this, i had raised the charge back but still i did not received my money.

                        This is how phone pe works, this is how you resolve customer query.
                        No help at all.

                          Team,
                          One of person cheated me through phone pay by sending qr code for the payment by getting the relation details from some where. My account got debited after scanning his QR code. Qr code is enclosed in the attachment.

                          Request you to please take action against enclosed QR account number and also request you to refund the same amount back to my account on priority.
                          Else i will lodge customer consumer complaint against this fraud.

                            Yesterday 25-12-19, we recharge my phone number [protected] for 149/- from my phonepe number [protected]. I got 100 off flipkart coupon for grocery purchase. But in that coupon number will not able to entered in flipkart. Because you had give alpha nymeric. Flipkart allowed only newmaric

                            So i am very disappointed and i felt it was one of the type of forgery.

                            Kindly take necessary steps to clear the issue at the earliest

                              I had transfer 6000/- on 9 oct 2019 through phone pe to my friends account. At my side transaction is successful, amount has been deducted from my sbi account but it is not credited to my friends account which is at federal bank of solapur.
                              Phone pe service said that there will be refunded the amount within 60 days. There are 75 days left, till now i didn't get the amount refunded. We complained many times for the same but the problem is not resolved.

                                    I made a transaction of rs 1000 with phonepe to cred vide utr no[protected] transaction id no p1912232023038120656411. Transaction failed money deducted from my sbi account. I raised a ticket and got reply that the technical issue in bank and advise me raise a chargeback at sbi. I contacted to sbi customer care and got reply that i made a transaction on third party app hence phonepe will resolve the issue. I again contacted to phonepe customer care and got same reply. I again contacted to sbi customer care they told me to contact phonepe in this regard. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      As per the offer mentioned in offer section upto rs 1000 cashback will received in electricity bill payment. When i have not received i complaint to phonepe than they denied that i am not eligible. I attached the terms and condition mentioned on phonepe than they agreed there mistake but still not answering because they know they have made mistake and now they have to answer and pay to all the costomers too because if there mistakes

                                        I posted an ad on olx regarding my phone to sell it. A person called me and told me that he want to buy that phone and after a conversation i decided to sell it for 7000. Then after some time i called him but couldn't connect. Then at night he called me and told me that he will transfer money through phonepe and asked me to send me the phonepe registered number and also the upi id.
