I had paid a bill and my transaction is in pending status for more than 24 hrs. When I am raising a ticket I am getting no reply from support and when I calling the customer care and providing them all details, they are asking to call me from registered number which is not working at this point of time. I have provided them all others details but the executive kept repeating we can't help you we can't help you and when I asked him to forward this to his manager he said no he can't do that also and kept my call on hold for 20 mins and later no response from his side. I have recharged for Airtel number of rupees 399. But it have recharged for twice and my amount deducted from my account two times totally 798 deducted from my account so please can cancel recharge transaction and refund my amount of rupees 399. Please refund my money.
