[Resolved]  PhonePe — Transaction successful, amount debited but not credited to the recipient

I've made a transaction on 24th August for 4K rupees. The Transaction ID is P2008241736298957417363. Though the amount was debited from my account, the recipient has not been credited. I've complaint PhonePe but they say the AXIS bank server was down so they can't do anything. I've raised a complaint to my mother bank(SBI), they declined to raise a complaint saying PhonePe is third party.
Note: The amount deducted should either be in PhonePe or SBI. The amount won't just go away away like that. The issue needs to be resolved. There must be many more people who have been cheated.
