I have made a transaction of 43500 on phonepay...the transaction is successful but amount has not yet been credited to the receiver... nobody is helping me here..called the phonepay customer care..they only say the transaction is successful..no problem from our end..who is responsible for my money?..it is an emergency payment...

Sir transaction failed but money deducted in my account...

I used phone pe app on 14/08/2020, 08:21 PM to pay for my medicines. It summed to be Rs.655/- The first time the transaction was not successful though it debited from my account. So, I repeated the same and for the second time the transaction was successful. I waited for 2-3 working days for the refund which was debited from my account during the first transaction. Please help me regarding the same and see that the refund takes palce shortly....

Rs.2000 my account not please call me complaint...

I send the money to the wrong account number...refund me...

Regarding above my subject I have phone pe account earlier it works well. But our bank amalgamation bank of baroda. Earlier it as Vijaya bank, now I faced problem that my account number or mobile number doesn't fetch any bank account.please guide me

For kyc verification i got a call from a number and he ask card number and hacked my debit card and 22997 amount has deducted from my account.
please do he needful for me sir....

Dear sir, I have booked ticket from irctc by using phone but ticket not issue and amount deducted, I called 2days ago to phone pay customer care they said within 2 days amount will be credited in your a/c. My phone pe mob no is [protected].plz help me for refunding money from phone pe, I called the irctc, they said we have not receive money....

Transaction status is pending from 2 hours and also i messaged to hep support and they told wait 1 hour but still not process in transaction status...

I had send an amount of rs 3000 via phone still the transaction is pending is shown in the app and received message from bank that mentioned amount got debited from my account still phone pe is showing the transaction is pending and the recipient didn't receive money and the amount got losted from my account...

While paying for the fees of Rs 3000 for Application of IITM online course on https://onlinedegree.iitm.ac.in/admissions.html from my phonepe registered on mobile number [protected], the transaction failed with Rs 3000 debit.

My transaction is pending state but the contact support team said they will update with in 1 hour but still the transaction is in pending state...

Amount has not recevied by the beneficiare.
on 12-Aug-2020 at 12:04pm the transaction has completed but the Beneficiare didn't receive the Amount yet...!

Sir, money in my account debited but it's saying no money has debited from my account...

I referred my friend, and he installed with my link and he registered upi and as first transaction he send 500 even though refer earn not credited this so unfair
When he was sending the first transaction, i was beside him, while he was sending the app itself showed first transaction

I have done recharge 15 july 2020 of 199 is failed then 13 aug my recharge 199 is again. Jio does not sent me invoice of these two recharge.in two mouth i have recharge four times two is successful two is failed. I have lost 398 amount....
