      Installed app before 3 days and top wallet for rs.2000 and wallets shows the exact which was been transferred.
      During payment, wallet option does not shows for payment and to use wallet balance while all banks which are been shows in drop down.
      Please instruct how should I pay from my wallet balance.

        My phone pay n is [protected] and I transferred 3000 in my axis bank account from my uco bank account transaction id- P2009031922168706640231.
        But i am not received payment in axis bank account so I complained about it in phonepe customer care and he gave me resolution is we send money in your account in 5 days but my emi will be debit on 5 sep 2020 and i have no more money in this pendamic situatation. So now bank will be apply bouncing charge. Who is responsible so i complaint against phonpe company

          I'm getting calls since last few months saying I have won rs.1190 and so on. I refused to take it so he abused. He has his no. registered on WhatsApp as puja kumari as phonepe business account and also on truecaller.
          The no. I get call from is [protected]. Today 3/09/20 at 4:10 p.m. (latest detail, I also got the call last month).

                Hi team i have transferred 10k from my hdfc to my axis account, it is showing transaction successful but funds have not been credited to my axis bank account. Raised a ticket but no revert.

                  I have done airtel recharge through airtel website by using upi payment option. The amount got debited from my account but not updated in airtel payment bank. I complaint this regard in airtel they confirms that the didn't receive any initiation from phone pe. Here i attached the details of the same

                      Sir,
                      A sum of Rs 1947 was deducted from my bank account on the name of phonepe rewards on 09/08/2020. When I noticed that instead of giving rewards to me my money amounting to Rs 1947 has been deducted. Sine then I have been complaining to phonepe. Repeated complaints have been made and even spoken to customer executive on 20/08/2020 who replied to get me refund by 23/08/2020 and message also received as such from phonepe to file complaint with cyber crime police. I requested phonepe to file the complaint with cyber crime at their end only and arrange my refund at the earliest.

                        Money not credited to my account

                        My wife sent 500 from her account to my account. But this transfer did not happen and the money from my wife’s account got debited. The I received a message in the PhonePe app that the money has reached my bank and it would take two working days for it to get credited to my account. Iam not a fool to trust this message.                         I get a call from your bpo employee he was said i have get a offers of cashback rs 2000 from which i get rs1999 in my sb ac after that he asked me to gave my photo n aadhar for future details and attachedment he also said i will get this offer every month and ask to said in his whatsapp no i feel free and send to him.After the nxt day he again call me and said many irrelevant and harrased me mentally thoughout the phone call.I request you to take the action against him.I also mentioned all the numbers from which i get called.

                          I made a payment rs 1001 against an order on amazon. The payment was successful on phonepe but its declined from amazon side.! My amount is debited from my account. I complained phonepe about it and they said contact your bank. We are not responsible for that transaction
