PhonePe — transaction successful but still not credited to the receiver account by phonepe app

5 SEPTEMBER 2019, 1:34 PM I have transferred Rs-20000/- to Bank of India transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phonepe and raised ticket No 68936407. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.
Transaction no P1909051334364507571722 AND UTR No is[protected] But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue
