PhonePe — transferred 20000 using phonepe transaction successful but receiver didn't received amount

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Transferred 20000 using phonepe transaction successful but receiver didn't received amount.

Date of transaction: 02/10/2019 11:00am.
In phonepe app it shows transaction is successful. 20k is debited from my icici account.
But no amount is credited to reciever account upto now. Is it because of govt holiday let me know im worried now.

Please resolve this issue asap
