PhonePe — Unable to remove auto-pay

Unable to remove auto-pay from phone. It shows failed to remove error everytime. Money is getting debited no matter what I do on the app.

I am unable to remove autopay...every time I delete it is rotating but not at all deleting.calles several times to customer care but no response ...I removed everything which is linked to autopay from merchants app as well.please i want it to remove asap

Same auto-pay issue with me. Everytime I try to remove auto-pay the app throws an error. Every month money is getting deducted. I am not able to unlink the account from the app as auto-pay is there for the account.
I want the auto-pay removed asap. I called customer care several times. And there is no response. Raised tickets also. No help is provided.

Facing the same issue. not able to cancel or stop autopay. I now remove all the money from the account on the autopay mandated day so that it fails as there is no money in the account. But forcing a customer to do so is an unprofessional act from PhonePe.
