Sender Name Ehtashamul Haque send 7000 to my receiver account named syed farhan Ahmad with transaction id T2204171708544736558018 i have received successfull trans notification on my phonepay app but credited account is not same as my account i dont have another account ending with 7054 and utr number is[protected] i alredy raise ticket but my problem is not solved kindly solved it thanks mob [protected]

        I have booked a train ticket on April-15 on confirmticket app by using phonepay .It was cancelled by me on April - 17.confirmticket initiated refund and it was expected to come on April - 26. After 26 not received any amount, I contacted confirmticket customer care. They gave me the reference id ARN[[protected] and they said contact your bank customer care. Sbi customer care said approach your home branch. I visited home branch also but no one response me. Refund amount still not credited. This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                I'm a regular customer of phonepe and not violated any rules and regulations . There is around 4k amount in phonepe wallet .as soon as it is blocked j have submitted the documents which are requested by customer care people . It's been 20 days after submitting the documents. Account has not been unblocked . I request them to transfer back my wallet amount to the respective card from which I transferred . Thank you so much

                  My transaction of Rs.10, 000/- made by my phonepe app and has not received by merchant. This transaction is made on 08 of April 11.25 AM. I have complaint several times on phonepe customer support and generates tickets on phonepe application but; my problem is not resolved yet. Kindly, help me out of this matter.

                        I made a payment of rupees of 5875 to an unknown account..so i went to complaint regarding this to my bank and they told us all upi apps does not comes under any rbi regulation..so they are not suppose to do anything..kindly help me to retrieve and refund my money from that account

                              I am jagantah, am a business merchant pf phonepe. i have a qr code in my shop, a incident occured with me today, when a customer made a payment of 370 rupees to my qr, the money has been sent from him but not recieved in my account or merchant wallet (phonepe for business).when i tried to contact custoner care they said to me that no transaction occyred during that period of time.so they didnot help me so that i am writing this issue against the phonpe company.please help me .please
