I have paid Rs 940 for December 2021 bill by mistake on 9.2.2022.
Already paid the same on 06.01.2022. As per complaint to cesc I get informed that I got refund of my Money Rs 940 in my bank account linked with phoneme.
But still 18.02.22 I did not get any refund.
Kindly update my status and refund my money of Rs 940 as soon as possible.

    Amount debited but still showing processing instead of successful

    After closing my wallet with phone pay. The money in the account should have been sent to the my account but after the given time it's not sent yet. They told me that they have sent me the refund to account . I have called them again but hey are saying that they sent the refund but it's not transferred to me please make any solution as soon as possible I need the money urgently.

        I have made payment on 01st December at 10.51 pm to Lazy Pay Merchant.I am also waiting for the update.But after few days I got Call from Lazy pay.I have told to them That I have paid amount.They also checked in system but no update.After That I raised ticket In Phonepay.There Customer Executive called me and told me that I will update in 1 month.That time i have said ok.But After that No Update nothing.Still I raised complaint for my payment Phonepe Executive told me to Contact your Bank.I also Contact my Bank.My Bank Update me Amount Debited but Not Return In Your Account.It is done Through Phonepe so kindly Contact Phonepe team.I have one Question That Where is my money gone.Such a Worst Service Given By Phonepe.Since 2 months gone but no update about my money.

          I have make a transaction at 7th Feb 2022, of 50000 .
          I have sent this money to my account to destuche bank and money got debited but it's still pending and reciver didn't get Money also, and I have tried to call phone pay they told me to wait for 48 hours but it's still same.
          What can I do in this case? Kindly help me

            I have executed the transaction on 21st Jan, 2022 of 15000 which got failed in PhonePe and amount got deducted from my account and it has not yet credited back to my account.
            I have talked to customer care as well they always told me to wait for 2-3 working days money will be refunded but its already 3 weeks now and I have not received the money.

            Please help me with this issue, I have attached the screen shot of the failed transaction in which my money got decucted.

            I paid rent amount from SBI credit card to phonepe user. Transaction successful and amount debited from my sbi card. But amount not credited to landlord account and not even shows transaction on his phonepe account. Not even received email confirmation for me and landlord. Please check

                    I received a massage on crome 3 times
                    "You have won reward with phone pe symbol."
                    I click on the screen, my amount transferred to a fraud account of mobikwick. I contact to phone pe customer help they simply says "go to cyber crime". If phone pe not allows these type of transitions the fraud not occurred. Any payment made through phone pe the receiver also has an account on phonepe. Why they not give details of receiver details. Why they cannot file complaint against fraud accounts.

                      The payment neither reached the account not came back to my account.

                        I applied for an ipo on october 28th for 28000/- (UTR[protected] through phonepe to Kite Zerodha. Ipo allocation was unsuccessful but even after the mandate completion date, i did not receive my refund yet. Phonepe is not at all responding to the issue and i could not raise an issue as the transaction is older than 60 days as per mentioned by them. But i already raised an issue on December 27th with them which was auto resolved without a resolution (ticket[protected]

                              I never expected this from phonepe. I have paid an amount to a merchant via phonepe. Money deducted twice from me but didn't reached both the times. After a week money reached to opposite side once and another transaction is still processing. I raised a ticket on phonepe app but still ticket is processing from 20 days.

                                I made a transaction of Rs 28000 on 21/01/2022 from PhonePe. The amount got deducted from my SBI account, but the recipient did not recieve it.
                                I tried to contact phonepe but they are just giving new dates to wait through the ticket raised in the app, which seems automated. This is a huge amount for me and there's no customer care service, the email id given by phonepe everywhere till now(playstore, Instagram, their website) is no longer in use, the customer care number connects to pre recorded automated calls which ultimately redirects to the in app tickets, there's no way to talk to any employee or executive. Please help me out.

                                      I did transaction for 70000 Rs and amount got debited from my account 5 days back. However, the receipient party did not receive the credit. I contacted phonepe support team and they provided the update that I would be refunded my amount by 26th Jan, 2022. However, my refund is still not happening and i was not able to contact the team for support. I did reach out to my bank and did not receive any response from them too stating that phonepe is liable to refund my amount back. I request to consider this as priority and provide me back my refund amount asap.
