PhonePe — unable to take my money from wallet | |||||
I had added 6500rs in phone pe wallet and i try to send to my bank but unable to send it due to kyc pending and the kyc server was down for 4days above even though they not giving the timeline to clear the issue. Without kyc i am not get my money out of wallet. They simply cheating my money. There is no proper customer care to clear the issue just saying saying it may take 4 or 5days. My phonepay number is [protected]. I made a transaction on 31-Mar-2018 and the transaction ID and amount is Rs.460/-( HDFE6B30F6856D2641C5803E332706EF6284 ).This is is for train ticket from IRCTC, with razorpaypg . Money was deducted from my account, I wrote so many complaints in your app, but there is no correct response. Give correct response.
