Phonepe — unable to use wallet balance I am having 5863 in my wallet. But i couldn't use it for scan options, send to others, withdrawal. If anything u can use it through merchant request they saying (Amazon, flipkart, etc) They need e kyc if i am ready to provide they not providing options to upload my aadhar details. And also finally they saying it's maintaining activity temporarily e kyc not available. Same issues persist from past 20-30 days. This shows app owner responsibility. I didnt get refung yet. money was deducted from my account. the order was not confirmed. transaction completed 12 days but i didnt get my refund yet. this poor service im not satisfacted that. please make sure refund my money fastly
