I have made my march 2018 month bescom bill payment through phonepe application using sbi bank, the payment is not reflecting on biller side. Phone pe customer care team is unable to resolve the issue. I have called more then 10 times still the issue is not resolved, always they will give some silly reasons saying it will be resolved with in 2 days, even they have send mails saying issue has been resolved, when again contact customer care the same issue still not resolved they say and they are playing with my money and time and no callback from there senior managers. Does it takes 1 year to resolve the issue!

DON'T MAKE ANY BILL PAYMENT THROUGH PHONEPE, VERY POOR SERVICE.
You are going to loose money if any error occured during transaction.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
