Phonepe allows us to store money in wallet for easier transaction with a withdrawal option as well, which is necessary. Recently after i installed it, wallet withdrawal demands completion of ekyc. But on clicking that option, it says ekyc service is temporarily unavailable. It has been like this since last many days. This clearly shows how irresponsible 'phonepe' is. By not allowing withdrawal from wallet, they get benefitted as customer is forced to use that app for making payments till that balance is used up. What's the use of such wallet wherein the money can not be restored back to the bank account. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

Recently I have topup my wallet with 3000 but later I tried to withdraw the amount into my bank account but it showed kyc is not completed whereas I had it done earlier and even tried to redo it again but the services were unavailable

Unable to withdraw 5500/- from wallet to account
The customer service is saying u cannot withdraw it unless u update it with ur adhar
And they have disabled the ekyc updating option in app
So now I have to use it for only paying bills and recharge..

I have paid 399 rupees for jio reacharge on [protected] through phone pe(10_june 2018.5:27pm) but my recharge is not done yet...cheater...

I have added 5000 rs to phone pe wallet. But when I tried to transfer it to another account it is asking me to update eKYC which is currently unavailable on phone pe. That's what it is showing.
Kindly let me know the solution to get my money back. I have to pay my rent and other utility bills. Hope u understand my problems. Please help

I try to my wallet balence (9000)add my account but wallet balence not add in my account. This device is ask that kyc complete . my kyc is complete. And this device not give any options for kyc complete.
This device show e-kyc service is temporary unavailable.
