PhonePe — upi money transfer

Upi money transfer of rs 8950 on 4th sept 2019 is showing successful but the money is not credited into my bank of india account. The bank of india is not taking any responsibility towards my grevieance and phone pe is still saying that the bank of india has confirmed the money transfer to that account. The transaction id is p1908312123159839848960
