PhonePe — wallet deactivate

No rating because very poor service, my wallet account deactivate, not reactivate, phone giving more term and condition.very poor service, pytm is better than phonepe

My mobile number is [protected], by mistaken my son deactivate the wallet account. Please tell me the procedure to re activate the wallet account.

Very poor service I am unable to reactivate my account..and the money that was previously there in the wallet has been surrendered..

Phone pe fraud.my account deactivated.i have to get refunds from flipkart for returning my order.flipkart saying sticking to, u will get ur refund only after reactivating phone pe .phone pe saying u cant reactivate it at any condition.both are cheating customers

It's very bad service of phonepe if the wallet is deactivated atleast there should be some solutions to reactivate the phonepe wallet.

Got a call from phonepe C.S.Executive
They said ..
Your Wallet is can't reactivate, at any condition, and
we can't delete your account ..
you don't want to phonepe service,
they said just un-install the app

That time I have a doubt
:- May be my Bank account's details are misused
:- I UN-linked soon my Bank account's
:- I changed my Mobile number (Bank Account linked)

After few months ...
i just install the app again and register(signup)
already you have account please login..
i login to my old phonepe account..
appeared my old transaction details

Phonepe very bad because he will say I will not reactivate. Only one time activate this appointment is an face ok

Accidentally closed the wallet. The instruction was not at all clear that it was the wallet is that getting closed. Couldn't find any option to reopen the wallet. The support team says there is no provision to reopen a closed wallet. I never seen such a terrible and pathetic app. Very disappointing.

Need to reactivate phonepay wallet..

It is a poor service.u have to improve your service otherwise customers who are using phone pay account are leaving phonepay due too deactivation of phonepay wallet

i raised a tickets regarding wallet activation, Auto pay and regarding KYC also. But till now no response. if i try to call customer service, it says that they will call back but till now there is no call from them. As I''m new user it says to complete KYC. I have completed my kyc. please look into the issue and do need ful ASAP.
