Today I use phone pe app it's great experience By mistake I deleted my wallet account I call customer care he says your account is deactivated and not activeted by any conduction he says everything are in terms and conditions Very poor service Phone pe service is very bad My bad luck I use this app Your service is very poor Pls increase your service Was this information helpful? | |||

No rating because very poor service, my wallet account deactivate, not reactivate, phone giving more term and condition.very poor service, pytm is better than phonepe

My mobile number is [protected], by mistaken my son deactivate the wallet account. Please tell me the procedure to re activate the wallet account.

By mistake my phone wallet account is deactivated what to do t activate
Very poor service I am unable to reactivate my account..and the money that was previously there in the wallet has been surrendered..

Got a call from phonepe C.S.Executive
They said ..
Your Wallet is can't reactivate, at any condition, and
we can't delete your account ..
you don't want to phonepe service,
they said just un-install the app
That time I have a doubt
:- May be my Bank account's details are misused
:- I UN-linked soon my Bank account's
:- I changed my Mobile number (Bank Account linked)
After few months ...
i just install the app again and register(signup)
already you have account please login..
i login to my old phonepe account..
appeared my old transaction details

Accidentally closed the wallet. The instruction was not at all clear that it was the wallet is that getting closed. Couldn't find any option to reopen the wallet. The support team says there is no provision to reopen a closed wallet. I never seen such a terrible and pathetic app. Very disappointing.
i raised a tickets regarding wallet activation, Auto pay and regarding KYC also. But till now no response. if i try to call customer service, it says that they will call back but till now there is no call from them. As I''m new user it says to complete KYC. I have completed my kyc. please look into the issue and do need ful ASAP.
