PhonePe — wanna refund amount which has not processed by phonepe

P1807251436394571544628 this is my transaction id and my ticket id is #18445669. I transferred rs. 2000 from my account to indian bank account in phonepe. The amount had debited (Rs.2000) from my bank account but in phonepe i did not receive either transaction success or failure. But i got the sms from phonepe that it was depited. This is the third time im facing this problem. I feel very akward and streeful to use phonepe, please return the amount, its very urgent... To transfer.
