[Resolved] PhonePe — wrong transaction of rs.5000/=from sbi account through phonepe

Sir,
It is to intimate for action that on 4.11.2019 at 5.57 pm, wrong transaction of rs.5000/= has been occurred through phonepe from my sbi account no.[protected].
In this regard i contacted to customer care phonepe n sbi but both have refused to help me. Phonepe customer care said that contact concerned sbi branch they will do we can not take action for refund n sbi customer care said that it is matter related to phonepe.
I also visited the sbi branch sector 61, noida but branch said that we deal n take care the transactions which are done by our system not phonepe system.
Details of transaction is enclosed herewith for reference.
It is requested that action may be initiated with concerned to get refund my hard money.

Phonepe is once again requested to kindly inform sbi bank to refund this amount Rs.5000/-. Also take action on cheater account holder at your system so that he can not cheat to others. ksingh

PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

It is to remind you that I have registered complaint on 5.11.2019 and also reminded on 13.11.2019 abut yet Phonepe has not taken any action to solve my complaint.
It is once again requested to kindly inform and Phonepe and sbi bank to to take immediate action to get refund this amount Rs.5000/-.
Also take action on cheater account holder at your system so that he can not cheat to others.
