Phoneskart — I found that the company is fraud

I ordered 2 phones in www.phoneskart.in at price of 9998. I received sms and email also with the order id :[protected], payment id: [protected] via payu i also attached the screenshot of that online billing receipt with this page. But i didn't receive any email and calls from them. They given only their email address is [protected]@phoneskart.in. Laterly i have checked the company details through online they are fraud. I don't know what can i do. Please help me to get my money refund. Also please block that website and funish them do as soon as possible.
