I have order :speria p30 pro 6'15 inch with 6gb ram, 64 rom & tripple rear camera (Festive session sale) (Speria p30 pro)
Recieved : old china phone
Now able to contact the person. I want to return the mobile and want my money back.
Can you help me in contacting that person so that i can return the mobile and ask for the refund of my money which i have paid through my debit card.

I order speria s9 pro notch smart phone (Eze000167) on 2/11/2019 and payment also made. Receipt #[protected] for rs.3999/- and order id [protected] and payment id[protected] for rs.3999/- though tmb net banking. Please arrange to refund my amount to my account.

I have recieved a wrong product and the customer care support is not responding to my mails and customer service number given is not being answered by anyone.
I have ordered speria s9 pro in phoneskart web site and paid the total amount 3999. They shipped me spiria mobile phone on the box it is showing 4g support with 6.0" display and 4gb ram. Wfi. When opened the box it i found a duplicate mobile which is a 3g basic phone.

Today i ordered one phone in www.phoneskart.in at price of 3999. I received sms with the order id :[protected], payment id: (20191101111212800110168857795363426) via debit card payment i also attached the screenshot of that online billing receipt with this page. But i didn't receive any email and calls from them. They given only their email address is [protected]@phoneskart.in. Latterly i have checked the company details through online they are fraud. I don't know what can i do. Please help me to get my money refund. Also please block that website and punish them do as soon as possible...

I ordered 2 phones in www.phoneskart.in at price of 9998. I have ordered for the above smart phone. They supplied different 2013 model low quality phone with one week return policy. When i am calling them, they are not lifting calls. This phone skart is cheater"s website. Superintendent of police should take sevier actionagainst these criminals.

Reced a bogus mobile with 8gb/1gb.
Tried to contact phoneskart. But not possible.
Sent back by speedpost.
Could not be delivered.
Sent again by bluedart.
Still couldnot be delivered.
I wish that my money and cost of mental agony should be refunded back.

I have order speria k2 pro notch smart phone (4gb/64gb ram/rom) + hbq i10 tws twins bluetooth wireless earbuds with mic headset but i have received a other mobile and his power not turn on please help me.
The phoneskart don't have any contact numbers. They have only one email id ([protected]@phoneskart.in) i has been mailed so many times but they can't reply me.
I requesting to you sir please help, i want to back my money otherwise i wanted to what i actual ordered.

He fraud with me i send you proof and you solve my problem i received delivery massage on 28/09/2019and received product on 4.15 pm 30/09/2019 my order speria k2 pro that has no remove battery and charger is usb and combo offer bluetooth headphones but he delivers remove battery and simple set that is not on and no working simple hedfone so return this product and refund my money delivery boy not agree to collect the product he say if phoneskart send a return request i collect them so please do hurry up and get my money back

I had ordered speria p20 6 inch screen notch smartphone 4gb 64gb octa on 25/9/19, the order was received by us on 27/9/19. But when it was opened the display screen of the phone is having scratches and display screen is broken at one corner the phone what i had order is not the one what i had received, and it was not the product we ordered.it is some basic smartphone which is not having any features in it.

I was purchased a mobile rs.4000 from phoneskart.in on dated 18th sept 2019 but i received different model with no working handset on dated 22nd sept 2019. Till now no responded by mail or call by company. It's really frustrated that what i do?

Pls suggest me what i will do legally. I want really heart to him because too many complaints filled against this company.

We ordered for Speria S9 Pro Notch Smart phone on 4th September 2019 but received wrong item on 9th September 2019.
We tried to contact the customer care number mentioned in the pack but found not reachable.

There is only an email ID mentioned in the site where we sent an email.
We were not able to find a suitable customer care number or a proper channel to contact for refund.

We checked consumer complaints site now only and found many complaints submitted against this site.

Kindly do the needful.

I contact their customer support no in working condition & email id provided in the site is unavailable. Now i feel doubt about the genuinity of that shopping site.

I ordered a speria s9 pro fdom phoneskart. Paid rs 39999 through paytm gateway. I received a defective product. The product do not matches any of the specification. Even the image online is different. Charger is of two different color. The phone is completely fake. Please give me refund or the real product.

There are many other unresolved complaints
kindly look into the matter asap and do not let them fool othere people

The pop up message said i would receive email & message confirming dispatch & delivery of my order but now i can't get through their contact number & even their customer support email has failed. When i insert battery in phone it was showing approx 30% of battery
I made all settings wwhich are nessesery for phone i completed all setting then it shows battery low
I try to connect itt with its charger but i fond it is too loose
Its charging jack is damaged so can not charge it
Resolve it as soon as possible

I have made payment of rs 3999- through paytm portal for a smartphone from phoneskart.in website, which i realise later to be fake, i have just received message of order placed successfully, and after that no update on dispatch or any kind of details form the company, even no one can contact, as it doesnt show any contact number on website, we can just write mail which also doesnt proceed to send, kindly help me out from this scam for getting my money back.

Myself rajesh kant prasad previously complained regarding phoneskart.in shopping site. Now i received a very cheap quality mobile phone instead of speria xr notch smart phone without bill. They are cheated me. Please take action against them and make sure that i return delivered phone to receive my ordered phone. I can't believe that shopping site. They have no contact no. And displayed fake mailing addresses. Please take action against them and save other consumers.
