Hi, i ordered nokia x by paying 2549 the payment went through paytm payment gateway and a confirmation sms and email of amount debited was received instantly. Your order option was working at the time of ordering. I am trying to search my order i don't find the link. There is no support phone number or email. The login option is dummy now. Not sure why there is no action taken on them after the first complaint being raised few days back by an individual. Not sure his the payment gateway companies support these scammers. The rbi has to take strict action and terminate the license if these service providers.

I have ordered Samsung mobile on 10th June after order completed there is no details available the support mail id mentioned is worng hence request you kindly help me.

I ordered with prepayment thru PAytm and i received a fake toy phone which didn't on at all. They offer special discount for prepayment through PAytm. This is 100% fake company. No response from the number or their customer service number. So don't order here otherwise you will lose your money and you will be cheated.
