I ordered phone in this phoneskart.in by seeing the phone high configuration and combo offer after coming to know its a fake website i tried to contact them but after makeing the payment i con't able to login in this site they have created like that and they are not responding to e-mail and customer care number next day i received a call from them i told them to cancel the order they said ok but they didn't cancel the order and sent the item, i opened it without surprise its a waste phone not worth for rs 500 and kept one used charger in the box. I paid rs 4446 for the phone in the payment invoice they said free ipods but only the fake phone they sent. If i return the shipment i may lost this 500 worth phone also for sure becoz they don't return the amount, they are operating the website to trap the money from public. How can we stop this type of fraudulent websites.. How will i get my money back? Please help me to get my hard earned money. Was this information helpful? |
