Maine speria phone …….. phone phoneskart.in se mangaya tha lekin mujhe dosra phone mila hai...or wo bhi kaam nahi kar raha hai...na hi inka customer service ka no bhi nahi mil raha hai...or mail...bhi nahi...ho paa rahi...hai...plz help me...

I purchased online 1 Speria Phone on dated 19 July, 2019.. Company name is Phones Kart i pay amount 4423/- against my order but company is not deliver Speria Phone ... they sent me damage and not working phone,
so please kindly help me...

i contact many times Phones Kart but they are no response ...
