I have ordered a speria s9 pro notch smart phone, but i received differentt model which is not at all suits the specifications. I received through bluedart courier with awb: [protected] and ref.#- pnk[protected]
I dont want that mobile what you sent to me. Please collect it back and refund the amount of 3999 at the earliest.

I have ordered speria s 9 pro and through payu they taken 3999 but I have not received any mail regarding confirmation. Please take sever action against them.
They have used payu as online portal for making payments, I have attached the image of payment confirmation. Please give us justice.
