I am buying a new phone on the phonekart.in and it was delivered today but i am ordering speria 9 pro notch smart phone but a product delivered another and charger adapter is mismatched and specification of the phone is different and not a battery condition is good and no storage and in which packing it came the name entered of this speria but when i open the packing so the phone come another so please return it and contact to phonekart site person and giving my money or write exchange with correct product
