I have ordered speria a1 4g 6.1 inch hd waterdrop screen quad core android fullsurface display smartphone | with free nextgen fitness band or designer locket shaped 16 gb pen drive with prepaid offer (Speria a1) by phoneskart on 19/09/2019 through online. I paid rs 4499 through online payment, payment id no:[protected], order id no:[protected]. But i had received dated on 23/09/2019 from your end spiria smart phone, which is ordinary product made by china. Phone ram is only 512mb, mobile also not charging and poor camera quality. Now i want replace it to send the original order product or refund the same amount in my account with out fail as soon as possible. Please you take further necessary action or returnable process immediately.
