Phoolwala.com — looks like fake website, product has not yet delivered since 12th feb 2020

I have placed the order on 12th feb 2020 to deliver it on 14th feb but its been around 1 month still it has not been delivered.

Called 100+ times, sometime they received and said will get back but never updated.

I have given negative review on site but it is not reflecting on site, its only showing positive reviews which looks like fake reviews.
