The order was placed on 1st may to send flowers and chocolate for a birthday...
Goods are still not delivered
They are saying this will be delivered later.. When evr they feel like it is feasible..
I know it is lock down..
They should not have taken the order at all
Now they take orders and not saying that it is not refundable
They are saying it can be used in future
1st request is not delivered.. Then
In future we do not know if this will be delivered
When called
1 number is always switched off
Other number.. All that they say is non refundable and disconnected the call
They are no more answering the call
Please look into the issue and get this resolved please...
This merchant seems to be a fraud

Refer to the order no pw173986 and your complaint regarding non delivery of your item, we would like to inform you that our customer support has communicated throgh mail that the gift can be delivered after the lockdown and you are requested to mention a date of delivery .
You have agreed for reschedule of the delivery and our team member has asked you to call our customer support no whenever you want to place the order .

However if you dont wish to get the gift deliver and want a refund kindly mail us at phoolwala.[protected]@gmail.com or call at our customer support no [protected].
Regret for the inconvenience caused .
