I placed an order of one bouquet and one choco cake costing Rs. 1490. The order which was shown and mentioned on website is completely different from what actually delivered and also the material used was of low quality.They are charging the price of material and images shown on website and delivered the order as completely trash. Also after complaining in customer care, they are not taking it positively and either are disconnecting the call or not responding through mail. Every time they are mentioning that it is mentioned in our disclaimer that order may vary depending upon the locality which is actually not slightly varying but is completely trash.

    Don't ever use phoolwala.com for sending gifts to your loved ones. I suspect they are FRAUD. On 4th October I was supposed to receive gift at my Boston, USA address ordered from India via phoolwala.com. 2 days are passed and so far it has not been delivered. The tracking details show "In-Progress". I have not received any notification regarding delivery delay. I tried calling their number but it was not answered. This clearly shows lack of professionalism and commitment and malicious intentions. I feel, all the victims must take some action on phoolwala.com by reporting FRAUD to customer care departments in India and also in Cyber space. DON'T EVER USE THIS SITE. PHOOLWALA.COM SUCKS BIG TIME

      My order no. 130457. I placed my order on 11th May 14 and it is still reflecting as in process. I made this order on the occasion of mothers day. I chose the same day delivery option and made a payment of INR 1079. It is extremely disappointing that the order has not been delivered yet. This is fraud at the company's end. The objective of this order was to celebrate mothers day which was completely ruined by phoolwala's team. I have written several mails and there has been no revert yet.         Hi, My wife had ordered flowers for me through phoolwala.com on 14th feb'14 and asked them to deliver it to me on 14th feb.they didn't deliver the same on 14th feb and I got a call from their executive on 15th feb that he is coming to deliver the flowers, I asked him that he was supposed to deliver it on 14th, he said he will check it with his company and will call me back. i neither got any call back nor they delivered the flowers on 15th as well. I spoke to customer care but they refused to refund my amount Rs. 857/- i feel like cheated and i need your help in getting the refund. its not about money, its about cheating the customers.

          My order number was 103892. I had ordered flowers, balloons and chocolates. Balloons were never delivered and flowers delivered were of very poor quality and wilted. After trying for a long time the customer service picked up the phone and asked me to send an email to [protected]@phoolwala.com and they will re-deliver it. But nothing was done and it is almost impossible to contact them on the phone given on website. It has been a long time and nothing was done.

            I am Saurabh Goel. Ordered flowers are chocolates through an online portal called phoolwala.com. My order number is 103838 (dated 13.02.2012). I would like to inform all that order is not yet delivered and they are not even picking up phones or responding through email. I request everyone not to order anything from this site.

            Would appreciate your suggestions to recover my money.

            Phoolwala.com — fraud

            i have given order for 14of feb but they took my money online and they didn't deliver my gift.please dont give any order on this site

            This is a fake website. They didnt deliver my order as well
            I agree with Saurabh, it is fake website. I placed an order under express delivery but they have not delivered it at all and i tried their number atleast 100 times with no answer or busy.
            Agree with Ankit...its a FAKE website, they bloody charged the money and havnt deliver the gift at all even I tried the number 100 times ended up with no answer or number busy and now number switched off...!

              Hi Sir,

              I have ordered an item from http://www.phoolwala.com, The item url is http://www.phoolwala.com/product/express-delivery/huge-hug/406/
              ,The order supposed to be delivery on 14th feb 2012 as it is a express delivery product, but it has reached on 15th feb 2012afternoon 2 O'clock and I am not satisfied with the product it is not worth of 2000/- , even the height of teddy bear is not 2.5 feet as mentioned in the url and and pic the it is shown like white and red color in the url , But the delivered product is in light cream color with orange which is not looking gud,

              I am calling the customer care they are not picking the call, one lifted the call after 50 attempts and he told me that they will not take back the product.
