I have ordered a ssc pyq book from physics wallah store on 11 January 2026 which was suppose to be delivered by 22 January 2026 but even after 21 days as of today 1 February 2026 it is not delivered .
I have mailed pw support team several time but they did not give any satisfying answer and i also contacted their customer care but they also did not take any complain even after service level agreement is breached .
Upon tracking my product it is stuck on dispatched to mother hub for 20 days and not a single update .
The delivery medium for my product is Ekart.
When i ask about refund they refuse to give any refund and neither the product is getting delivered.
