I ordered Drona Books from PW on 25th June 2025. The delivery was delayed and I finally received the books on 14th July. Since I had already purchased the same books from another source before this delivery, I filed a return request on 17th July.

The delivery boy did come for pickup, but he refused, stating there was a brand-related issue, and asked me to file the request again. I contacted the PW support team, and the issue was marked as resolved by the end of July.

However, today is 16th August, and still, no delivery boy or agent has come to pick up the product. Till now, I have neither been able to return the books nor received my refund. Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.

    I placed and paid for this order on July 30th.
    The product was supposed to be delivered by August 10th.
    As of today (August 10th itself), I have received no delivery, no tracking number, no update, and no support.
    I have tried calling your official support number (+[protected] but could not reach any representative, nor is there a relevant option for book orders.
    I also attempted to find help through your app, but there is no proper support system or follow-up on my paid order.
    Frankly speaking, this experience has been very frustrating. From the moment I paid online, no one from PW has contacted me about my order status. This shows very poor customer service and a lack of accountability, especially for a platform trusted by students preparing for competitive exams.
    I am requesting the following immediately:
    1. A clear update on my order status.
    2. The tracking number and shipping partner details.
    3. If the item cannot be delivered within 2–3 working days, I expect either:

    A full refund, or

    An immediate replacement shipment.
