Physics Wallah — Book not delivered after breaching of service level agreement
I have ordered a set of book from physics wallah store on 28 January 2026 which was suppose to be delivered by 8 feb 2026 but even after 21 days as of today 16 February 2026 it is not delivered .
I have mailed pw support team several time but they did not give any satisfying answer and i also contacted their customer care but they also did not take any complain even after service level agreement is breached .
.
When i ask about refund they refuse to give any refund and neither the product is getting delivered.
