Pick A Deal — delivered duplicate and damaged product

I have booked a fastrack watch[order [protected]] from your pickadeal.in website with a discount offer given 29th august 2017 with i have received and paid the money on 04th september 2017. But, when open the package i realized that the product is duplicate one with heavy damaged item. I have attached the images of the product received from your end.

I have tried to contact your helpline number "[protected]" and e-mail "[protected]@pickadeal.in" helpdesk several times but, yet to connect the call due no response and busy and didn't receive mails from them.
