Dear sir / madam,
On 4th september 2017 i have received two non genuine fastrack watches of worth rs 947 from a fake website and online trading platform pick a deal.
Actually i have ordered for two branded fastrack watches but what i have received from a pick a deal is entirely different and not at all worth..!!
They have said to refund me amount rs 947 on 26/09/2017 but i didn't...
After that i tried to call...

I have booked a fastrack watch[order [protected]] from your pickadeal.in website with a discount offer given 29th august 2017 with i have received and paid the money on 04th september 2017. But, when open the package i realized that the product is duplicate one with heavy damaged item. I have attached the images of the product received from your end.

I have received combo watches from pick a deal site which is not matching with what i ordered and the site is fake, customer support is not available, order number of [protected] has been updated in your courier service as received. Please kindly look into it and don't pay d amount of 950rs to them because it is fake so that i can get back my refund or else it will be tough for me to get a refund once you pay to them...
