Pick my laundry has collected cloths as on 26.10.2018, order number 147365 and delivery date scheduled was on 28.10.2018. The total weight of cloths taken was 15kg and while returning the cloths the weight observed was 14.1kg, when asked about the remaining cloths, multiple unprofessional, illogical and unacceptables reasons were provided. Neither they have accepted their fault nor they are ready to mend their ways. I have not accepted the cloths and would never recommended for pick my laundry to any one now.
