This is to inform you that i pleased order on 30/10/2018 for one blazer black colour for dryclean, order no. 148415 but we didn't received yet. When i call your customers care they said surver are slow i call you letter after that no response when we call after 3 days they said same answer surver not working. I want my money back 3500/- which i spend my blazer.

    less weight and less clothes returned. unprofessional attitude. 5-6 days delayed pick up

    Pick my laundry has collected cloths as on 26.10.2018, order number 147365 and delivery date scheduled was on 28.10.2018. The total weight of cloths taken was 15kg and while returning the cloths the weight observed was 14.1kg, when asked about the remaining cloths, multiple unprofessional, illogical and unacceptables reasons were provided.     This is regarding order no. So106550 for dry-cleaning service placed to pickmylaundry (Pml). I had placed my order online. It was an expensive silk saree worth 9000/- and a coat.

    The person (Pml operative) has simply soaked it in water instead of dry-cleaning. The saree is not in wearing condition because of the colour bleeding (Pictures sent to the company).

    I have called customer support many times and also sent photos through whatsapp. Initially, they offered me a rework, which i refused. I asked the person (A lady) to handover the call to a senior official but she kept my call on waiting for a long time. After that i have tried calling customer support 4-5 times, also sent messages to whatsapp but still not received any response.

    Pml is advertising false promises of safe washing on its website as well as the application, also not taking responsibility for its services. Which seems to be highly prejudiced towards customers.

    Pml has to compensate me for my loss and i would like a written statement explaining pml position and action taken against my complaint.

      Unprofessionalism

      I had placed a laundry order on 4th April'17 and was promised a delivery within 48 hours, i.e., before the end of day of 6th April'17.
      I have been following up with their support line since then and have not been given any clarity on when the clothes would be delivered. All i have been given is false hopes and assurance that the clothes would be delivered in the next couple of hours.
