I had placed a laundry order on 4th April'17 and was promised a delivery within 48 hours, i.e., before the end of day of 6th April'17.
I have been following up with their support line since then and have not been given any clarity on when the clothes would be delivered. All i have been given is false hopes and assurance that the clothes would be delivered in the next couple of hours.

As of now, it is 9th April'17 and the time is 04:00 PM IST, and the clothes have not been delivered yet.

The company is advertising false promises of a 48 hour delivery on its website as well as the application. I had placed as order with the hope for having the clothes delivered within 48 hours, and this has not been the case.

This has led to impact my profession, as i am currently with no clean clothes to attend office.

Promised 2 days delivery but its been 4 days and still it is under processing and support team cannot handle calls. They disconnect or fumble out of fear or when run out of words. I gave 3.6 Kgs of garment and bill was created for 7.6 kgs. Still struggling with these people. First and the last time. I suggest all not to choose them.

Dear team,

I received my order after dry cleaning and found 5 cutmarks on the jacket even I got my delivery after more than 8 days. My 4200 RS jacket is completely distroyd not sure what to do. Please help.
