PickMe India — Phone not yet delivered


My samsung galaxy A5 was damaged and i had insured it with pickmeindia 1 year has passed i havent received my phone they have the same reason bank ne paise release nahi kiye they have so many fraud cases on them still they dont care totally a fraud company they said that repair will be done in 90 days but 365 have passed to be specific 1 year .

My cell sony xperia c3 was damaged due to accident on 9 the April 2016 .we call ur customer care on the same day ur customer care told that we will come n pick ur cell..but many days past away and he don't come .we call ur customer many time they give me some date .but can't follow the promises.literally it happens 4\5 times ur Buddy don't came.last time we call him on 1 st of may .he told in very good manner that he will come pick ur cell on 20 th may .but today is 21 st may and as usually he don't came ..so I want a good response from ur company .and send a buddy to receive my damaged cell as fast as possible as you can

As i took insurance from pick me insurance of my sony xperia z phone. Its screen got broke second time and i want to get it covered in my insurance but no one is replying from your side nor any one is receiving call from customer care.
Please guide me through the policy and procedure to claim my warranty as i have been struggling to get it from last 2 months. This is not the way to provide service.

I had purchased a xolo 8x-100 on 4/11/14 from mobile magic nagpur, it was get damaged in the month of june-15, my mobile was collected by a pikme representative mr. Sunil, against a pick me pack code-zms[protected] on 29/06/2016, till today 17/05/2016 i didn't get my mobile back, i repetedly call on the given number [protected] but no one response. Please check the status and convey me.

This is a BIG FRAUD company before they will fraud with other peoples please file a case against this company and return our mobiles.

Hi, my phone has been picked up by pickme india on 18 august 2015 and till date i did'nt received my handset..From october, i asked them for give me my unrepaired phone back..

On january 7, 2016, they called me and said that your phone is in htc service centre in delhi.They gave me the address and said that take back your unrepaired phone from there.
(Location - c 102, first floor, ansal plaza, august kranti marg, hudco place, andrews ganj extension, new delhi, delhi)

When i reached there, the members of htc service centre told me that there is no phone of my registered id of pickme or imei.

I called them back and i informed them and then they told me that we have lost your phone so we will give you a new phone. Till date, i didn't get any new phone or any reply from them..They just give me new dates like always.

Now its 8 months and my approval is still pending.

I'm living without smartphone since 8 months because i don't have enough money to buy a new phone. :'(

Our mobile handset was stolen. We took the insurance from pickmeindia while buying the mobile. We timely did fir and submitted all documents on time. It has been 6 months they have not refunded the amount neither they have given a new handset. It is disgusting that every week i call they say next week or a new date. All details are mentioned in the document.

I purchased a lava iris x8 cellphone from telephone shoppe in viman nagar pune. In addition to this purchase i also purchased a one year insurance for around 800 rupees. Under this insurance it clearly states that liquid damage is covered and they haven't given any specific details as which liquid damage they cover and which they don't. My phone r fell in water and when i called them they said it is an act of negligence and refused to take any responsibility.

This is very poor customer service.

Pick me collect my mobile in 23rd Oct 15 commitment was my mobile will get with in sixty working day however after sixty day they after approval which i got on 2nd dec 15 .So i can again in Jan Feb they mobile yet not ready . Final Commitment was 20 th Mar 16 but still i have not received mobile. I have recorded all call . we should take strict action these kind of companies.

Our mobile apple iphone 6plus is taken by pickme man claimed for insurance but after 8 months we not recieved our mobile when we call every time they give us 15 days time
I think This company is governed by all cheaters and the surnames given to us by the man who collected our iphone costing rs.65000 these names are all shaikh, noor etc i think the director of this zopadpatti company and its zopadpatti owners are white coller pick pocketer and also this noor and shaikh like peoples are doing this type of cheating in crores in our country and try to disturb mentality of our citizen so i request indian goverment and maharashtra goverment to take strong action against this commercial terrorist

I register my complaint on 30th aug 2015 for Samsung A700 and pickme India picked my mobile on 16th of sep 2015.. it was approved on 28th nov 2015 n yet insurance company did not return my cell. i have tired calling manager, customer service .. but they are just giving dates and date.. pickme dealers are so irresponsible for there works also.. its being more than 6months there is no response from insurance.
Damage cost is 1799/- and company is still trying to recover this amount ..
hope company returns my cell in proper condition.

My Mobile is given to Pickup me Guys for repairs against the insurance which I have taken during my mobile purchase.. the team is saying it will only get repaired within 60 Working Days.. can you imagine out of my 1 year insurance service period they are using simply using my mobile phone 4 months for repair.. This is patriotic and ridiculous.. How can someone take 4 Months to repair the phone.. It should be take at least 20 days max with along with all approvals.. Please look into the time taken to resolve the issue by PickMe insurance company.. there call centre guys upfront saying.. it will take more than 60 working days to get 1 phone rempair... i mean this sis too much...One day they will loose faith of consumer..

I am really disappointed with Pick me India services. Since last 1 year the issue of my Micro Max (selfi) phone. I am not at all satisfied with their way of providing services to the client. I want my cell phone back in proper working condition OR if you are not able to do so. if my phone not comes this month, then I will complaint in consumer court against Pick Me India. Since the issue is pending from May 2015. Last time I send the mail but pick me India services not response properly
Last one year day by day, I contact to your customer executive, but there is no response at all. If my phone not comes this month, then I will complaint in customer consumer court against Pick Me India.
Very disgusting and pathetic customer service. Whenever I called them always asking for 20 days and again when I called them after 20 days again they telling it is in process and need 20 days more. Now I have already waited for hole 1year and now I ma frustrated with their service please do the need full and return my mobile ASAP.

I tried to call customers support in last 6 months they replayed me every call next 15 day we give a call for clam but still I am not reviving any call and my mobile clam also this time u r support care give me 20 March 2016
Last 6 month I am suffering lot so last time I wait a call then I am going to legal action

I am really disappointed with Pick me services. Since last 7 months the issue isnt fixed yet. And ve repaired with fake parts for which i paid full repair charges. Pick me services suppose to repair my mobile under Insurance but failing to do so (they repaired it with non genuine parts, as told by Sony Service Centre). When I purchased your insurance it was stated to me that if the product is not repaired it will be replaced by Pick Me company which will be taken care under Insurance, hence I paid Rs. 1599 / -
I am not at all satisfied with their way of providing services to the client. I want my cell phone back in proper working condition with genuine parts OR if you are not able to do so I want a replacement of the same on priority. I think I ve waited for quite a lot since the issue is pending from July 2015.

Sir I am currently living in Pune. I purchased a mobile(htc desire 826) dated on 26/05/2015 and on the same date I got my phone a insurance of rs. 1599 from PICKME E-SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. I am living in my college hostel and recently why walking in the room my foot banged into the table and my phone which was in my pocket fell down by my sudden reaction. The phone fell on the floor and its back panel got a little bit damaged plus its display. Later on I called the pickme company and after making 6 to 8 calls and talking to different executives the refused to pass my claim. They all gave me useless reasons for not passing my claims. Firstly one of the executives told me that the back panel of htc comes in accessories so it wont be insured and than other one told me that claim is only given when there is some internal damage and external damage is not covered and they even told me that you have changed your statements several times whereas in reality I never changed my statements and when I asked them that if I have changed my statements than please play my recording or give me some kind of proof but they refused and when I asked them that I wanted to talk to their seniors than they told me that it is the rule of the company that they don't transfer calls to seniors and you wont get your claim.

I had purchased Insurance with my new Samsung mobile & it was damaged. Pickme guys took the mobile for repair in the month of Sep 2015 & till date no update of the repair each time we call them it will be delivered soon. In Jan they said end of month & now today again i called & the same it will be delivered end of this month. Nobody comes online other than the executive, No response to the emails we send. Hieght is there is no complaint register on the wedsite.
