      Pickme is worst gadget insurance company. My claim for IPhone 6 is still not settled and pending since Feb 2015. It is registered by mobile no [protected]. The phone is ready at apple service center but they have still not made the payment to service center. God knows when they will transfer the payment and i will get the phone that too after 5 months.

        I had purchased a lenova handset and took an insurance with pickme doorstep solutions

        Since there was some problem with the handset we logged a complaint and their person came and collected the handset on 31st december 2014.

        It is now 6 months and they have still not returned the mobile. My repeated calls to them ([protected]) has evoked standard response that the insurance company has not released payment for the repairs though they had sent an sms in february that the insurance claim is settled.

        Please help to get back my mobile

            I hv submitted my lg mobile on 19 th march 15 .but till today it not repaired and also if i check online then it shows the same status the day it was 30 march.till date i hv not received any call from pick me regarding the status of my mobile.when i call to customer care everybody says that ur gadget will be ready nxt 10 days nxt 10 days like this from last 2 month . .that is why i m not happy with pick me solution .so kindly give me a call before u r submitting ur mobile.my mobile no.                 Dear Sir / mam, i have given my handset (I PHONE 6) to pickme services on 15-APRIL-2015..I am continuously doing follow-up on no [protected] for status of my moblie.and i am not receiving positive answers from you employees.it been more then 60 days past.your compny employee said that i ll get my mobile in 45 to 60 days. non of your employee can give me exact date of delivery.every employee of yours giving me different different reasons. and they are saiyng that i ll get msg about my mobile status till 15th of july 2015.means it ll be 90 days that your taking to repair my moblie and your insurance company says that we ll get our mobile in 45 day.you are totally lying and i havent got my mobile yet.please i need mobile as soon as possible and want written comittment from your side ...[protected] this is my registered ID number. sameer.[protected]@yahoo.com..pleasec mail me status of my mobile..

                  Dear Sir / mam, i have given my handset to pickme services on 25-May-2015..I am continuously doing follow-up on no [protected] for status of damage but i am not receiving positive answers from you employees Pradnya, Janvhi and Ravindra Shrivastava.Every time i am receiving answer like we have forwarded your request to approval department and till date we have not received any answer on this.As commited by Pradnya last week the approval need to received by today but while calling on customer care Ms.Janvi told that the same will be expected on Tuesday.I told them to call me after 30 minutes i want to talk with Ms Pradnya as the commitment given by her was wrong..I have agains called to customer care number but Mr Ravindra Shrivastava said that there will be another week required for approval...There are many wrong commitments by your employees.Kindly check and update or revert on my handset status.                     You guys promise to raise the request on damage and waterlog protection. Once it comes to work upon it, you guys give illogical reasons such as negligence. Damages occur accidently only and you cannot call it negligence. Highly disappointed. Will file a case in consumer court if necessary.

                      It is to bring to your kind Notice that I had purchased Mobile - LG Nexus 5 D821 vide above invoice. It was carrying INSURANCE from your PICK ME INDIA. I had inform at Customer Care and your Executive - Mr. Pradeep Vairal on 3rd Feb 2015 pick up my Mobile and my Claim Title is [protected]-1 and start time as per your tracking system is 3.2.15. As per your terms and conditions discussed with Customer Care Executive on Mobile any claim or all claims are settled within 45 days time. Today is 17th June 2015 and almost 134 Days are over and still I am not given proper reply by your Customer Care Executives. Mobile is lying with you and I am sure the status which you are informing me on my call to your Customer Care Executives is showing as - State - Step 5 - Estimate Approved ( Repair Pending), As per this status and last communication with your costumer care executive Mr. Pratik gave me last 20 days for when we gave me my mobile & now out of 20 days 3 days remain, and because of this I had to suffer a lot which you can understand well. please settle my claim immediately otherwise I am compelled to file complain for delay in services and unwanted harassment due to your negligence

                            VERY SIMPLE..! UNIVERSAL INSISTED TO ATTACH INSURANCE COVER WITH PICKME AT THE TIME OF BUYING UBISLATE-AKASH TAB. ONE DAY ACCIDENTALLY THE TAB FELL DOWN AND THE TOP LEFT PORTION OF DISPLAY GOT A CRACK. WE FELT VERY SAD & REMEMBERED THAT IT HAS GOT A COVER OF INSURANCE. I CALLED YR COMPLAINT NO & AS PER THEIR INITIAL VERIFICATION FOR 12 TO 15 MTS FOR REGISTERING WHICH WAS UNSUCCESFUL BECAUSE YOUR DELAYING TACTICS ..!! YOUR PROCESSING DELAY OVER PHONE WHICH COST ME RS.15/- I TRIED TO REGISTER & TRYING EXPLAIN WHAT IS THE PROBLEM TO YOUR TELECALLER STAFFS' FOR MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND WHICH COST ME RS.80/- FINALLY I GOT THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT YOUR REPRESENDATIVE WILL CALL ME. FINALLY YOUR REP HAS CALLED & ASKING WHAT IS A PROBLEM. I EXPLAINED MY TAB HAS A INSURANCE COVER & IT GOT A CRACK ON TOP LEFT DISPLAY. HE ASKED HOW IT HAS HAPPENED..?                               Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have filed complaint in consumer court against your company for doing fraud and follow malpractices in the name of selling mobile insurance. I have purchased your mobile insurance in month of 25th Jan 2014 (Pickme Pack Code - ZM 13273) and have placed a pickup request for repair on 26th Nov 2014. Your company person named Aabid Khan had picked up the phone from my residence on 29th Nov 2014 at 3 pm. After that we were continuously following with your call center regarding the status of our phone and were given false assurances by your call center people that issue will be resolved on priority. Till date we have not received our mobile and due to that we were forced to by new mobile for usage. Today also when I called I was asked to wait for one more week. I hope that I will get full justice in consumer court and your company will pay the price for it.                                   Myself Dr. Arvind Mehta, residing in Kandiwali west, Mumbai. I am using Samsung Grand Neo2, purchased on 18th june, 2014 from TECHZONE RETAIL PVT. LTD. mahavir nagar, KAndivali west. i have also insured my instrument with PICK ME (ZM 999) on the same day. I lost my handset while travelling by rickshaw yesterday on 21st May 2015. at around 6.30pm.                                   PickMe — Mobile in travel missing or caught by thief

                                  I am travel on Saturday 16/05/2015 from pune to shikrapur in PMT bus. In between Sanaswadi to Shikrapur My mobile(Micromax colour two A120 model) is caught by thief from dress pocket.

                                  Phone not returned after 2 months

                                  This is vinay with registered phone number [protected]. I had given a HTC phone for repair 2months back.. Every time I call they say they will give next week. I'm not finding end to this problem can u please help me

                                    My cell phone had been broke down on 10/04/2015. I raise a pick up service and they took my cell phone on 11/04/2014 and till today i.e. 19/05/2015 there is no update of my cell phone. when i called customer care they said 7 day. then again i called after 7 days they told more 7 day and after 7 day they told me that your loan is approved and when i called today i.e. 19/05/2015 they told me that your loan is still not approved. Please help me my cell is with them only till today's date. please help me.{The following estimate was given by pickmeindia but still no further process is done}

                                      Dear Sir, Please Refer Mail Date on 5th may 2015 the complaint for mobile damage not solved please take action as per Pick me E solution I have purchased a mobile phone from Speed Communication Malad [East] on 12/1/2014 bill no#13691 for Rs-6400/- in the month of December the mobile got damaged. I have called and explained about the mobile conditions and the same was picked up on 8/12/2014 by pick me door step solution with note handover to me. After that I am contentiously following up with people calling them about the exact position of the mobile .i am getting different answers but not getting the mobile back.(will call you, call after our week, insurance claim settled amount is 8400/-, will send the mobile today, still complains is pending, repalcement).
