I have received a fake product. I want refund of my product. I have been trying to contact the customer care number. There is no one responding. The company seems to be fraud horrible & unprofessional way of working.
I ordered wireless Headphone along with the smart watch worth 1649 for my friend. The order i got was totally fake.

I order a Beet Q11 smart watch, and when I open the box then I see a normal wrist watch. I want to return or exchange the product.
