Pickrr.com — wrong product found in box after delivery after payment

I brought a bluetooth jbl speaker with mini ear pods flip3 on pickkrr.com, but delivered product is not that, and no ear pods on that as per advertisement/offer shown during order.
Track i'd is pkrc[protected],
Now i want return or replace with right product but couldn't get as no response of site and seller.
Please help and do the needful,
