TOTALLY FALSE UPDATE. PROCUTS NOT DELIVERED TO BUYERS, BUT THOSE ARE NOT RETURING BACK TO SHIPPER. RTO ON HOLD FOREVER. WHY SO MUCH IRRESPONSIBLE??????

There are multiple issues with pickrr, mentioning AWBS ([protected],[protected], [protected], [protected]) for which pickrr is not at all helping us. No response at all. Pickrr don't have any customer care help line. They are closing tickets without taking any action.
Case1:-
Pick request placed on 26nd march, two tickets raised(362661, 361782) no update from pickrr, neither the product has been pciked up yet.

Pick request placed on 22nd march, support ticket (355751) raised no update from pickrr, neither the product has been pciked up yet.
