Pickrr — Defected mobile phone received.

I ordered a phone Chinese made after viewing adv on YouTube, for Rs 3399, but the said product is a defected one as it does not get started even after changing for hours, the battery seems to be dead. It's total cheating. Pls help me out, tell me what to do for its return and refund thereof.
