Almost one month iam waiting for a shipment. Shipment arrived here but untill now no one call me, and fake updating unlocateble without calling customer

More than 10 time i sent email but no benefit, shipment every day out for delivery and fake updating unlocateble without calling customer every day promising with me wiat for delivery, but just telling onley they are not following for deliver that shipment
