Pickrr — Delivery of Wrong product and want my money back

I ordered one product on diyaelite website. I got delivery on 14 April 2021 which is not the product what I ordered and also it is extremely damaged and bad quality I want my money back I want to return it but I am not getting any options to return
So please help me to get my money back
