Pickrr — .Got torned clothes and cheated 1000 rs.too

I ordered shirts for 599 and paid through googlepay. Yesterday I got a courier and it was three torned and old clothes. Its cheating and frauds. I am going to make move for catching these frauds, those who lost money can join with me, I talked the matter with a union minister, and he will help us.
I need my moneyback.
