Pickrr — Highly unsatisfactory service! | |||
I run a garment business and have started using Pickrr for sometime now. I was happy with the full set up service and initial service given to me. I also recommended it to about 8 more businesses. But then there were instances of over charging for a few deliveries not only with me but with someone else I had recommended it to as well. I also had issues twice of the package not being delivered for the longest time and after pushing a lot it was then delivered. The same thing happened with a customer (Delivery tracking #[protected] which was sent on the 11th of August. Ultimately the status shows as RTO and no one knows where the courier is and the customer has cancelled the order due to highly delayed order. Lastly, I had sent a big consignment to Hyderabad on the 21st August (Delivery tracking #[protected]. It was for an event which was on the 27th August. Till today there is no news on the delivery and the event is over now! I was trying to follow up for the courier since 25th of August with Mr.Gaurav from Team Picker but he was of no help. Half the time he would not answer. And when I called him from a different number, he said I have no answer to give you. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not only will I have to incur the 2 way courier costs, but the event was also paid for. I need some action to be taken immediately and I will definitely share the incident with all the people I have recommended Pickrr to. Was this information helpful? | |||
