Pickrr — Horrible service they don't even call, I have no access to contact them

This is my order id[protected], the delivery guy doesn't even bother to call me. directly I get a message missed delivery on my SMS. this is not acceptable at all. What kind of service is this? my office was open yet I don't get my package.
Nor do I have a number that I call them and ask, such unorganized never booking anything from here. Horrible service!

Resolve this ASAP! and I need the package today itself
